The replacement flowers were nice. Thank you for updating the bouquet and delivering on time. However, you were rude by hanging up phone when was seeking an understanding on what was in stock, and it was not necessary. I understand that your employees went rogue and inventory was questionable, but that is not the customer's fault. Customers can be understanding but expecting them to be victims of your frustrations is not acceptable. Thanks again
